Quannah Partners Finalizes Sale of 290 Crossroads Commerce Center in Houston, Texas

Quannah Partners Completes Sale of 290 Crossroads Commerce Center

In a significant move for both Quannah Partners and LaSalle Investment Management, the sale of the 290 Crossroads Commerce Center in Houston, Texas, has been finalized. This transaction confirms the robust interest in modern logistics facilities within the rapidly growing industrial sector in Houston's northwest industrial market.

The 290 Crossroads Commerce Center spans an impressive 183,301 square feet and was designed as a Class A industrial facility. Notably, the property was sold to a user/operator, highlighting the increasing demand for high-quality industrial assets in strategic locations.

Originally envisioned as a speculative development, the property quickly captured interest early in its construction phase. This decisive move allowed for design adjustments to cater to the specific operational needs of the incoming buyer. Doug Wiley, CEO of Quannah Partners, stated, "290 Crossroads is representative of the type of development opportunities we continue to pursue across our platform." He emphasized their commitment to sourcing desirable industrial investments and executing projects with flexibility to align with user demands.

LaSalle's involvement in the project further underlines the appeal of well-located industrial assets. Jeff Shuster, President of LaSalle Value Partners, remarked, "This transaction reflects our continued conviction in well-located industrial assets in high-growth logistics corridors." The collaborative effort between Quannah Partners and LaSalle was crucial in securing a user early in the development, showing the ongoing demand for state-of-the-art, adaptable industrial products.

The facility reached substantial completion in June 2026 and boasts modern industrial specifications, ensuring access to Houston's essential transportation infrastructure and logistics networks, making it a prime site for logistics and operations.

With this successful sale, Quannah Partners continues to enhance its industrial portfolio across Texas and Colorado. The firm has developed or acquired over 2.2 million square feet of industrial real estate across nine investments, representing upwards of $228 million in committed capital. Their strategy revolves around Class A developments and value-add acquisitions in burgeoning markets, supported by an experienced in-house team adept in sourcing, development, asset management, and investor relations.
