Kenji Mitsugi has spent approximately 20 years immersed in the logistics sector, engaging in the construction and operational management of logistics environments. In addition to his operational experience, Kenji has played a significant role in establishing human resources and general affairs departments in outsourced warehouse operations, focusing on designing and implementing systems from scratch. Recently, Kenji has been working for over five years in the logistics automation solutions area, directly involved in sales proposals, customer success, and business development across various automation solutions, including Geekplus, Laputa Robotics, SoftBank Robotics, and Quicktron Japan.
Currently, at Brycen, he is responsible for enhancing the optimization of logistics operations and promoting automation, primarily within the realms of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and WES (Warehouse Execution Systems). His practical approach, grounded in real-world experience, ensures he offers valuable, on-the-ground support that bridges the gap between logistics operations and technology.
