DOLCE TACUBO's Gelato Shop: A Summer Delight
From July 2, 2025, DOLCE TACUBO, a renowned patisserie located in Daikanyama, Tokyo, will operate as a limited-time gelato shop, delighting customers with a variety of refreshing flavors.
Previously, the gelato offerings at DOLCE TACUBO were limited to just one flavor. However, this summer, guests will have the luxury of choosing from eight different flavors, with at least one flavor set to change regularly during the promotion!
A Patisserie with a Culinary Legacy
DOLCE TACUBO is operated by Soien Corporation, led by the talented Daiki Takubo. This patisserie reflects the culinary ethos of the highly-acclaimed Italian restaurant TACUBO, known for its reservation-only dining experience. In 2021, DOLCE TACUBO was conceived to allow patrons to take home exquisite desserts that were previously reserved for dining in.
The initiative to expand gelato offerings comes in response to customer demand for a more varied selection of flavors, enhancing the takeaway experience with seasonal and delightfully balanced options.
Gelato Lineup
The gelato is meant to embody the brand's philosophy of updating classic confections while ensuring each scoop is served at the ideal moment. The gelato will offer the same high-quality ingredients used in their famed desserts, aiming to replicate the delicious essence of dining at TACUBO in a refreshing treat.
During this period, however, traditional offerings like cream puffs and puddings will be unavailable, but don’t miss the chance to try the special summer lemon cake!

- - Pistachio: A luxurious gelato made with Italian pistachios, topped with aromatic roasted pistachios.
- - Chocolate: Featuring Valrhona chocolate for a subtly sweet gelato with berry-like acidity.
- - Tea Margao: A refreshing tea gelato infused with rare spices, capturing hints of jasmine and lemongrass.
- - Plum: Experience the tartness of fresh plums in this delightful gelato.
- - Pineapple Basil: This summer flavor combines the sweetness of fresh pineapple with zesty basil.
- - Cassata: A ricotta gelato with rum-soaked dried fruits and nuts, creating a unique texture and taste.

Limited-Time Lemon Cake
In addition to gelato, DOLCE TACUBO will introduce a gluten-free lemon cake, baked with juices from locally sourced lemons from Iwakijima and finished with a zesty lemon glaze, perfect for summer. This cake is priced at ¥400 (tax included).
