At SoundHound, Sharan was responsible for critical areas such as strategic financial planning, accounting, corporate strategy, human resources, legal affairs, and intellectual property management.

Sharan's earlier career includes 15 years at Hewlett-Packard where he took on senior leadership roles, making a mark in the tech industry. He began his professional journey as a consultant at Accenture, gaining valuable insights into corporate finance and management from the ground up.

An accomplished professional, Sharan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
