Synopsis of Ganglion
Set in the early 2000s Tokyo, 'Ganglion' follows a combatant named Isobe from the company 'Ganglion Co., Ltd' as they pursue world domination. Isobe's workplace is the battlefield, confronting challenges with nothing but a uniform and the absurdity of corporate missions such as the 'Tokyo Cedar Pollen Operation' or the 'Mt. Fuji Explosion Plan'. Despite their efforts, they often meet defeat at the hands of the heroic 'Hopeman', symbolizing the struggles faced by those in the work force during a time of strict compliance regulations. This anime serves as an ode to the working class and the perseverance of employees caught in humorous yet dire circumstances.
