How Does it Work?

The functionality of Hexnode Synapse hinges on specialized AI agents that analyze incoming requests and alerts, advising on the necessary actions within predefined limits. The solution has three primary agent categories:

• - Device Agent: Diagnoses root causes, rectifies compliance gaps, addresses vulnerabilities, applies patches, and provisions devices accordingly.
