Starting November 1, 2025, the renowned Chinese restaurant, Guilin, located in the Hotel Metropolitan, is set to tantalize your taste buds with an exclusive seasonal dining experience centered around the luxurious Shanghai Crab. The Shanghai Crab Course runs from November 1, 2025, to January 4, 2026 (excluding December 20-25). Reservations can be made via phone at 03-3980-5533 or through the hotel’s official website, where online bookings are welcomed.

The restaurant operates lunch from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM (last order at 2:30 PM) and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM (last order at 9:00 PM, with the dinner last order at 8:30 PM). Note that the restaurant will be closed every Wednesday during November but will remain open thereafter.
