Boosting Organizational Performance through Individuality
In today's rapidly changing work environments, the importance of harnessing individual strengths cannot be overstated. Trustyyle Co., Ltd., located in Chuo, Tokyo, is hosting an engaging workshop titled "Enhancing Organizational Performance through Individuality - A Design Workshop Inspired by FFS Theory." This event aims to explore innovative organizational designs that capitalize on diversity and individual characteristics.
Overview of the Workshop
Scheduled for October 25, 2025, from 14:00 to 17:00, this face-to-face workshop will be held at the HR Library, a cozy co-working space dedicated to HR professionals operating in central Tokyo. In July, Trustyyle conducted a similar event, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, with over 90% expressing high satisfaction rates.
The upcoming event invites HR professionals, mindful leaders, and those interested in deepening their understanding of organizational culture and team-building techniques. Rich learning will come from practical insights designed to elevate team dynamics and optimize management practices.
What Participants Can Expect
Participants will gain a wealth of knowledge and practical tools from this workshop, focusing on:
- - Perception Shift: Viewing differences in team member characteristics not as negatives but as complementary relations.
- - Mapping Strengths and Weaknesses: Utilizing a framework to visualize individual and team characteristics effectively.

Experienced consultants from Relate Inc., Mr. Yoshihiro Hattori and Mr. Hiroyuki Sakai, will facilitate the sessions, offering practical navigation from the basics of FFS to its application in management and organizational structuring.
