Running from December 1st to December 25th, this event promises diners a unique culinary experience featuring seasonal ingredients and the skillful craft of chefs to bring about dishes that surprise and enchant. Hiramatsu will feature special Christmas menus that utilize seasonal ingredients paired with carefully selected wines. Here are recommendations from five of their Tokyo locations:

1. Roppongi - Auberge de l'Ill Tokyo (French Cuisine)


Featured Dishes:
  • - Sautéed Blue Lobster and Kawatama Chicken Ballotine: A sumptuous plate combining the rich flavors of Kawatama chicken and the sweet essence of blue lobster, perfectly paired with a savory sauce and seasonal vegetable purées.
  • - Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras in Puff Pastry: Decadent beef tenderloin well complemented by layers of foie gras and a delicate sauce, served alongside a comforting pot-au-feu cooked in beef broth.
