In a vibrant display of artistic talent, Emmalyn Holland from Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, was named the Grand Prize Dress Winner for her striking hot pink ball gown, which took 31 rolls of Duck Tape® and 176 hours to craft. Her dress not only dazzled with its voluminous design, but it also represented a personal journey of self-discovery and the celebration of femininity.

Meanwhile, Nicholas Moore from Mooresville, North Carolina, impressed both judges and the public with his Grand Prize Tux, inspired by his enduring passion for music. Incorporating elements from the instruments he plays, the tux took 42 rolls of Duck Tape® and 97 hours to create. Moore's designs prominently featured French horns, trumpets, and mellophones, highlighting his dedication to music.

"My tuxedo is inspired by my love for music and the instruments that I play," Moore stated. "It reflects my passion and the creative journey I’ve undergone through music."

The excitement of the contest was palpable, as both winners encouraged public engagement through savvy self-promotion and local news outreach, turning their creative projects into focal points of the community.

In addition to the main prizes, eight runners-up were awarded $1,000 each along with Duck® Brand prize packs, ensuring that numerous talented participants were recognized for their creativity. Notable mentions included Lien Tan's sophisticated swan-inspired dress, which received the Runway Worthy award, and Calder Westerman’s racetrack-themed tux, recognized with the Trust E's Choice award.
