Recognition and Awards: The company has received the 2024 Nareit Sustainable Design Impact Award for its innovative use of alternative energy sources, including geothermal energy and wastewater heat recovery systems, aimed at reducing operational emissions in key locations like Boston and Seattle.

GRESB Green Star: Alexandria has been awarded the GRESB Green Star designation for the eighth consecutive year, along with an 'A' disclosure score for sustainability transparency for the seventh straight year.
