Earlier in his career, Karabees served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance, Sales, and Marketing for Entic, a cloud-based analytics platform for healthcare facilities. He also spent time as Senior Vice President of Sales at eLabor, where his leadership was instrumental in its growth, resulting in acquisitions by Microsoft and ADP.
