Her leadership at 3M saw her guiding global teams through compliance, legal matters, and communications, showcasing her versatility in managing multi-faceted challenges.
Academically, Ludgate is well-equipped for her new role; she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School.
