Here, popular chefs and culinary experts continuously reimagine menus every 3-5 weeks, bringing a fresh take on various cuisines. From January 9 to February 26, 2026, guests can savor the delightful Italian offerings by Chef Tsutomu Ochiai from the famed Italian restaurant, La Betttola da Ochiai.

What is KITCHEN STAGE?
Established in 2007, KITCHEN STAGE is located in the basement of Isetan Shinjuku store and has been managed by Kai Group since 2012. This platform showcases diverse menus from a variety of popular chefs and culinary experts, changing every few weeks to offer new experiences. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to inspire home cooks, providing clear insights into the ingredients and cooking techniques used, allowing enthusiasts to replicate these delightful flavors in their own kitchens.

Tokyo, Shinjuku, 3-14-1, Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, B1F, in front of the elevator near Meiji-dori.
Hours: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Last Order: 7:00 PM)

Note: Certain menu items will change between the first and second halves. Please be aware that Isetan will be closed on February 6 (Fri).
