In a bid to bolster its local economy, Tottori Prefecture is excited to announce the continuation of the "Weekly Vice President - Part-Time Opportunities in Tottori" program for 2026. Managed by Persol Career Co., Ltd., the HiPro Direct platform connects talented professionals from urban areas with local small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tottori seeking support in their business strategies. The initiative aims to engage 130 companies and 130 individuals through four recruitment phases spread throughout the year, with the first round starting May 18, 2026.

Launched in 2019, the program is designed to empower local SMEs by encouraging urban workers to become part-time executives.
