October 29, 2025, Gyukaku held an exclusive media tasting event at the Akasaka branch, showcasing the culinary masterpieces that will be available during the fair. Gyukaku's Makgeolli (which will be available at a discount during the fair) and the star attraction:

Stir-fried Octopus and Pork, inspired by the traditional Korean dish
