In 2017, she started Nén in Da Nang, embodying the values of local agriculture by using approximately 99% locally sourced ingredients. Known for creating not just meals but experiences, she has recently expanded her concept with a sister restaurant, Nén Light, in Ho Chi Minh City, also earning recognition from Michelin.

From her experiences studying at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan, Chef Summer has integrated the Japanese aesthetic into her cuisine, informing her culinary philosophy and spatial design.
