January 18 to 22, 2025. This event, hosted at the

This year's spotlight is on
Saudi Arabia, the guest country, which further enhances the international essence of the event, setting the stage for B2B engagements across the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, and pizza supply chains. With expectations of
over 520 top-tier buyers from
79 countries, along with
2,500 premium registrations for European buyers, SIGEP World is set to catalyze substantial business opportunities.
Focus areas will include
trends, innovations, and technologies with insightful discussions on
artificial intelligence applications in foodservice. The
