The Partner Companies Welcomes Angelo Randerson

The Partner Companies (TPC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Angelo Randerson as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). In this pivotal role, Randerson will be responsible for steering EHS initiatives across TPC's diverse manufacturing locations, focusing on cultivating a robust safety culture while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

As TPC continues to expand its operations in highly regulated sectors such as aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing, this new leadership position becomes increasingly significant. Randerson's mission includes the development of comprehensive safety and compliance systems designed to reduce operational risks across all sites.

Bringing over 13 years of extensive EHS leadership experience, Randerson has a proven track record of enhancing safety performance within various manufacturing, energy, and oil and gas enterprises. Notably, he has successfully decreased the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by an impressive 89%. Randerson is well-versed in crafting sustainable management systems that align with standards from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and ISO certifications such as 14001 and 45001.

Previously, Randerson has led multi-site EHS teams throughout North and South America and has effectively collaborated with executive leadership to promote operational excellence via strategic EHS initiatives. His expertise includes crafting training programs and refining safety protocols to fit the unique challenges faced by each manufacturing facility.

Randerson expresses his enthusiasm for the role, stating, "Every TPC site has its own strengths and challenges, and my job is to establish one consistent safety and compliance standard that works across all of them. In precision manufacturing, success hinges on strong safety performance, and I am eager to develop these systems, along with the training and culture necessary at TPC."

Christian Streu, Partner and Chief Financial Officer at TPC, emphasized the importance of having strong leadership in EHS as the company scales up. He remarked, "Angelo brings a history of strengthening safety cultures, and I am confident in his ability to set strong standards throughout our operations."

Randerson's appointment comes from his previous position at Evantic in Houston, where he also served as Director of EHS, spearheading strategic initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. His background includes leadership roles at TechnipFMC, managing EHS compliance across a network of over 50 locations across two continents, and experiences with BP (Danos) and Anadarko Petroleum.

Randerson, who holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, will be based in Houston, where he will launch TPC's comprehensive EHS strategy across its manufacturing operations.

The Partner Companies, founded in 2010, is a globally diversified manufacturing entity delivering mission-critical solutions to innovators in industries ranging from aerospace to technology.
