We wish to announce that effective April 1, 2026, Yutaro Sei, who has served as the President and CEO of Soei Electric Co., Ltd., will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board. In his place, Atsushi Nakagawa will take on the responsibilities of President and CEO.

This change in the management structure marks the beginning of a new era for Soei Electric Co., Ltd. as the management shifts from the founding Sei family to Atsushi Nakagawa. The seamless transition is supported by the TOKYO White Knight Fund, a private equity fund established with the collaboration of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

New President Atsushi Nakagawa brings a wealth of experience from his background in comprehensive trading and business companies. He is committed to maximizing the value Soei Electric provides to its customers moving forward. Nakagawa said, "As the new President, I am aware of the immense responsibility on my shoulders.
