On July 16, 2026, during the Broadband Development Summit in Bangkok, the World Broadband Association (WBBA) officially unveiled AI-Net, a globally acknowledged certification for data communications. This groundbreaking certification is poised to be pivotal for countries and operators around the globe, aligning with the evolution of digital infrastructure.

As the landscape of digital connectivity shifts, this milestone offers strategic guidance for transitioning from traditional connectivity architectures to intelligence-based networks. The AI-Net initiative signifies a remarkable advancement, propelling global infrastructure from the "everything through the cloud" era to an "everything through intelligence" paradigm. This is set to accelerate generational evolution and intelligent transformation across the entire industry.

The critical nature of artificial intelligence today is reshaping the global economy, placing increased demands on essential infrastructures concerning transmission capacity, scalability, and intelligence.
