This sophisticated orchestration involves seamlessly integrating multiple systems—including the HaiPick Climb technology, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and conveyors—allowing for coherent management of high-density storage alongside quick dispatch. By automating the transportation of goods to workstations, staff’s walking time will be substantially decreased. This comprehensive optimization anticipates a 40% increase in productivity compared to the average performance across Kokuyo's other major facilities.

Additionally, with the introduction of automated inventory location management, it is estimated that the labor required for inventory audits will decrease by 50% to 70% compared to existing facilities, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and output capacity.
