Hotaru Ika and Clams with Nanohana in Tai Dashi, topped with Fried Shiroebi.' Available through the end of April—or until ingredients run out—this dish showcases the freshest flavors of spring.

¥1,978 (tax included). For those opting for a select lunch, it’s an additional
¥550, and if you're dining in with an all-you-can-eat order, the cost increases by
¥988. Please note, it’s a limited offering contingent upon ingredient availability.
