Interior highlights include granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom areas, stainless steel appliances, subway-tile backsplashes, wood-like flooring, and stylish tiled shower surrounds, with washer/dryer units conveniently integrated into each apartment.
In addition to comfortable living quarters, Clear Lake Vista will offer a full suite of amenities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for its residents. These include a resort-style swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a pickleball court, a community clubhouse complete with coffee machines, a package center, and a dog park. With a staggering $106 billion in transaction volume and several expansion plans underway, the Port has solidified its position as a pivotal economic driver, fostering statewide growth.
Hyundai, the South Korean automotive giant, is nearing completion of a groundbreaking $5.5 billion manufacturing complex nearby. This facility is expected to create 8,500 jobs, comprising an electric vehicle assembly operation alongside an adjacent EV battery factory, marking it as the largest single economic development initiative in Georgia's history. Furthermore, Hyundai's project is set to attract an additional 6,700 jobs owing to $2.4 billion in investments from supporting producers.
