Suits Up: Free Monitoring Program for Investment Firms
Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, has announced a new initiative that invites investment firms to participate in a free monitoring program for their project management tool, Suits Up. This innovative platform aims to streamline team task management, making collaboration effortless and effective.
The Initiative
Between April 25 and April 30, 2025, Suits Inc. will accept applications from investment firms wishing to utilize Suits Up as a tool for managing their investments. Selected firms will be limited to three, and their participation as free monitors is contingent upon their commitment to integrate Suits Up into their investment management processes.
Participants in this unique opportunity will engage in periodic feedback sessions, where Suits Inc. will gather insights via email or through preferred chat tools to better understand the usability and feature requests pertaining to Suits Up. Additionally, the investment firms will partake in bi-monthly online meetings lasting approximately 30 minutes, providing further feedback to refine the tool.
As a gesture of appreciation, those participating as free monitors will enjoy a waiver of the subscription fees until June 2025, regardless of the number of users registered on their workspace.
About Suits Up
Suits Up is a team-oriented project and task management tool that rolled out its alpha version in September 2023 and a beta version in April 2024. It is designed to simplify processes for daily task management, eliminating common issues such as missed deadlines and overlooked tasks by offering a user-friendly interface reminiscent of spreadsheet software.
With the core aim of improving efficiency and refining operations within teams, Suits Up ensures seamless task management that can lead to significant cost savings. Upon launching the beta version, the platform incorporated several features essential for task organization, communication, and analytics, alongside unique attributes like task templates and deadline notifications that are not typically found in conventional spreadsheet tools.
The platform offers two pricing plans: the standard plan at ¥1,080 per user monthly, and a starter plan at a reduced rate of ¥500 for organizations with fewer than ten users, aimed at alleviating financial burdens for smaller teams. Moreover, to celebrate the beta launch, the initial setup fee is waived until June 30, 2025, making it an accessible option for many.
