Sobi's Presentation at Histiocyte Society 2026

The clinical data includes a pooled analysis focused on survival outcomes before and after transplant, which aggregates results from three prospective trials. Additionally, the program features two encore presentations related to the treatment of primary haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), and insights from a post-authorization study conducted among experienced Chinese patients.

• - Emapalumab Induces Rapid, Durable Responses: This presentation will focus on how emapalumab facilitates bridging to curative hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) in patients diagnosed with primary HLH.

• - Safety and Efficacy in Treatment-Experienced Patients: Data from the open-label, single-arm post-authorization study Sobi.EMAPALUMAB-104 will be presented, showcasing treatment outcomes, safety, and transplant impacts on Chinese patients.

Understanding Gamifant®

Gamifant (emapalumab) is the world’s first and only approved monoclonal antibody targeting interferon gamma (IFNy). It functions by binding to IFNy and rendering it inactive—crucial in conditions where it's overproduced, leading to hyperinflammation within the body.
