On December 3, 2025, and January 14, 2026, Altius Link, in collaboration with KDDI, will host an enlightening online seminar titled, "What Changes Have Been Made in KDDI's Customer Center Through Digital Transformation?" This event aims to address the significant transformations in the contact center sector due to rapid digitization, showcasing not just the implementation of chatbots and generative AI but the challenges and solutions derived from these transitions.

1. Introduction to KDDI's DX and AI Initiatives by Ken Noguchi, Deputy General Manager of KDDI's Customer Service Department.
This segment will delve deep into the impressive statistics achieved by KDDI's customer service center, including a chatbot usage rate exceeding 50% and a resolution rate of 85%. Ken will unveil the innovative efforts behind these results, discussing the challenges faced in managing around 2 million inquiries monthly and the underlying strategies that propelled KDDI to overcome them.

2. Operational Know-How for Success in Digital Contact Centers by Tomoki Nagata, General Manager of Altius Link’s DX Service Development Department.
Here, attendees will gain insight into what truly drives success in a digital contact center beyond technology alone. Tomoki will emphasize the importance of operational experience and knowledge gained from managing various contact center operations across different industries.
