Wakashio Brewery in Kagoshima. Since its opening in September, Sho-chu ando has made waves by promoting Sho-chu as an accessible and enjoyable beverage, moving away from the notion that it is complex or difficult to appreciate.
Event Highlights
On this delightful day, guests will have the chance to savor a special course pairing five distinct types of Sho-chu with delicious side dishes. Furthermore, experts from Wakashio Brewery will attend to share fascinating insights about the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each Sho-chu. Here’s what you can expect from the exclusive menu:

GLOW EP05 mixed with soda, served with delightful smoked snacks.

Sen-kame Onna Purple Sweet Potato on the rocks, accompanied by an assortment of nuts.
