This episode, titled "Institutionalized Socialization: How Companies Help Newcomers Belong," is available for free on various platforms, including smartphone apps, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and YouTube.
In this concluding episode of Season 2, the spotlight is on Professor Chung Yu-ki from the Graduate School of Social Sciences. Their engaging discussion highlights the connection between theoretical frameworks and real-world applications, offering valuable insights into Japan’s evolving employment practices.
Additionally, Professor Chung shares personal anecdotes about his international career path and discusses the appeal of the university's six English degree programs, particularly the Graduate School of Social Sciences' TAISI (Transnational Asian Studies Initiative).
