In a significant development for the business travel sector, Ramp, a frontrunner in financial operations platforms, has announced its acquisition of Juno, a modern platform dedicated to managing guest travel. This move is designed to strengthen Ramp's existing travel capabilities and develop a comprehensive suite of travel products, catering to companies of varying sizes and sectors.

Addressing Complex Travel Needs



Traditionally, the logistics of guest travel — often encompassing candidates, contractors, and clients — have been challenging for many organizations. For example, a tech company may require efficient travel arrangements for final round candidates, healthcare entities often need to coordinate with traveling medical professionals, and universities might facilitate visits from esteemed researchers. As non-employee travel continues to grow, the complexity of these arrangements increases, often falling outside the purview of central financial tools that many companies rely on.

Since launching Juno in December 2024, they demonstrated a strong capacity to help established clients efficiently navigate the guest travel landscape while actively collaborating with Travel Management Companies (TMCs).

Devon Tivona, co-CEO and founder, articulated the importance of the guest travel experience, stating, "These aren’t anonymous business travelers. They’re candidates, customers, partners.
