YYForce's Strong Revenue Growth in First Half 2026

YYForce Inc., an innovative workforce management platform based in Singapore, has announced that its revenue has increased by an impressive 26.8% in the first half of 2026. The company, formerly known as YY Group Holding Limited, reported revenue reaching US$32.7 million, compared to US$25.8 million in the same period last year. This growth is a pivotal step towards achieving the ambitious YYForce 2030 Vision, which aims to revolutionize workforce management combining human labor, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

Financial Highlights

Throughout the first six months of 2026, YYForce demonstrated notable growth metrics, especially in its manpower outsourcing services, which surged by 62.4% to US$15.6 million. Furthermore, integrated facility management (IFM) services saw a growth of 11.1%, reaching US$16.1 million. Gross profits for this period totaled approximately US$3.3 million, reflecting a gross margin of 10.1%, down from 16.6% the previous year — the decline was largely attributed to rising labor costs.

The operational landscape for YYForce showed improvements as well, with a significant narrowing of the operating loss by 32.2%, reduced to about US$5.2 million from US$7.68 million last year. Similarly, the net loss was reduced by 13.8% from US$8.2 million to approximately US$7.06 million.

Cash and Equity Position

As of June 30, 2026, YYForce's cash reserves were around US$3.08 million, bolstered by a robust capital structure, reflecting total equity rising to US$25.36 million from US$13.61 million at the end of 2025. This improvement was principally due to US$18.55 million raised through an At-The-Market equity offering, enhancing the company’s liquidity position significantly.

Operational Growth Metrics

In terms of operational performance, YYForce reported nearly 1 million downloads of its YY Circle App, contributing to a monthly active user count of 35,743. Moreover, the job fulfillment rate remained healthy at 92%, showcasing the efficacy of their manpower services. In IFM, the number of customers increased to 218, up from 190 a year earlier.

Future Outlook and 2030 Vision

YYForce CEO Mike Fu emphasized the company’s commitment to forging a hybrid future where human skills and technology converge. The quarter has set the groundwork for the YYForce 2030 Vision, emphasizing the integration of AI, robotics, and intelligent facilities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Plans to pilot service robots and implement AI workflows are underway, indicating a strategic move towards automation and smarter workforce solutions.

CFO Jason Phua highlighted the need to address margin pressures from rising hourly wages and the strategy to reprice contracts proactively while exploring digital solutions to improve productivity. Despite the challenges, YYForce remains optimistic about its growth trajectory and will continue focusing on capital allocation to fuel future innovative investments.

Conclusion

As YYForce moves forward, it seeks to create a more connected and efficient operational ecosystem. The first half of 2026 showcases impressive financial and operational growth, setting a solid foundation for its long-term strategic objectives. With a forward-looking approach and commitment to innovation, YYForce is poised to redefine the workforce management landscape well into the future.
