Chicken Salad Chick Expands to Lakeland, Florida

Chicken Salad Chick, the only fast casual chicken salad restaurant in the U.S., is excited to announce the opening of its latest location in Lakeland, Florida, set for February 4, 2025. This restaurant is situated at the Lakeland South shopping center at 5216 S Florida Avenue.

To commemorate the grand opening, Chicken Salad Chick will reward the first 100 guests in line with a year’s supply of chicken salad. The first guest will receive one large Quick Chick of chicken salad each week for an entire year, while the next 99 guests will get one large Quick Chick each month for the same duration. Early arrival is highly encouraged to secure a spot in line.

The new Lakeland Chick is owned and operated by Holly and Chris Eakes, marking their first franchise partnership. Inspired to start this journey five years ago after their first experience with Chicken Salad Chick, the couple brings a wealth of experience to their new venture, with Chris holding an MBA and Holly having hands-on experience in the restaurant sector.
