Brycen Group Hosts Exciting AI Conference Showcasing Innovations from Six Selected Teams

Brycen Group Hosts its 41st AI Conference

On August 28, 2026, Brycen, headquartered in Chuo City, Tokyo, organized the second AI conference of the 41st term at the Asakusa View Hotel. This event served as a platform for Brycen employees to share practical AI applications and fresh ideas, and for the first time, it welcomed external stakeholders, including clients and partner companies, to explore various AI-driven technologies and solutions.

A Showcase of Innovation

From a multitude of entries submitted from domestic and international locations, six teams who succeeded in the selection process took the stage to present their AI-powered ideas and prototype solutions based on their own technologies and expertise. The first event was held in April of the same year for internal audiences, but the second conference saw participation from approximately 120 guests representing 55 different companies and media outlets. In his opening remarks, President Yu Fujiki emphasized the company's commitment to continue challenging itself in the realm of AI, hoping this would foster collaborative development and inspire new business opportunities.

Additionally, participants from overseas branches, including those in South Korea, Vietnam, and Myanmar, highlighted the group’s global approach to AI technology application. Presentations featured critiques from industry experts discussing the rapid evolution of AI technology and its potential to create new value beyond mere operational efficiency. Expectations for future development revolve around collaboration between academia and industry, as well as partnerships beyond corporate boundaries.

Diverse AI Ideas Across Industries

The presentations tackled various issues across different industries and sectors, showcasing diverse ideas and solutions aimed at solving real-world challenges. Efforts were made to address problems such as driver shortages in the logistics and distribution industry, reducing vehicular idle times, and even streamlining engineering development tasks. Innovations also included systems that assist in cutting down the administrative workload and fostering knowledge sharing, which can often become siloed within organizations. All proposals recognized that AI should not only be viewed as a tool for improving efficiency but also as a means to tackle specific challenges and create new avenues for value generation.

After the presentations, the audience participated in a voting process followed by a judging panel that recognized exemplary initiatives. The event concluded with a networking reception that facilitated the exchange of ideas among guests, participants, and Brycen Group members.

Future Directions in AI Utilization and Solution Development

At Brycen, the goal is not simply to implement AI for its own sake but to employ it as a means of addressing customer challenges and generating new value. The ideas and technologies presented at this AI conference will inform future solution development efforts, PoC projects, and integrations with existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and core systems, advancing real-world applications.

Beyond the themes presented, Brycen will actively pursue solutions to other challenges based on customer needs and requirements. By harnessing the technical capabilities and insights from its domestic and international branches, Brycen aims to contribute to the advancement of digital transformation across various industries through the implementation of AI-driven services and solutions.
