Clé de Peau Beauté Expands Partnership with UNICEF to Empower 7.3 Million Girls Globally
Clé de Peau Beauté and UNICEF: A Renewed Commitment to Empower Girls
In a significant step towards gender equality and education, Clé de Peau Beauté has renewed its global partnership with UNICEF for another three years. This commitment marks a new phase in their journey to empower an additional 7.3 million girls around the world. Since the inception of this partnership in 2019, Clé de Peau Beauté has pledged a total of $17.4 million, making it the most substantial contribution from the private sector to UNICEF's Global Program for Gender Equality.
The partnership has already made a notable impact, having supported over 12.9 million girls globally, far exceeding initial expectations. This renewal is not just a continuation; it's an expansion of focus to include STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), blending the critical importance of creative expression with scientific and technological education. This shift aims to cultivate a well-rounded skill set for girls, empowering them to innovate and address global challenges.
