Empowering Beauty and Wellness: A Look at the 2025 #MaesaMagicIncubator Graduates

On March 6, 2025, Maesa, a prominent disruptor in the beauty and personal care industry, proudly celebrated the graduation of its second cohort of the #MaesaMagicIncubator. Launched in 2023, this innovative program aims to support emerging beauty and wellness entrepreneurs, particularly those from underserved communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, individuals with disabilities, low-income backgrounds, and seniors.

The #MaesaMagicIncubator provides its participants with essential resources such as mentorship, funding, and industry expertise essential for scaling their brands. Over an intensive 12-week period, the program equipped three outstanding winners with personalized mentorship, specialized business training, and a grant of $35,000 each, allowing them the financial freedom to explore their potential unhindered.

A Program Designed to Catalyze Growth

The incubator’s curriculum integrates crucial business principles with tailored tracks focusing on finance and marketing, preparing entrepreneurs for real-world challenges. Participants gain significant industry exposure, with this year's cohort experiencing a spot in the 'Future of Commerce and Work' program at Harvard Faculty Club and a paid trip to Cosmoprof North America in Miami. During this event, they had the opportunity to engage with industry professionals through panel discussions and networking events.

The program's conclusion featured a pitch presentation to an advisory board comprising notable investors and beauty industry leaders, including Maesa's CEO Piyush Jain and CMO Oshiya Savur. Jain emphasized the significance of the incubator, stating, “The Maesa Magic Incubator is more than just a program – it's a movement. It’s about equipping entrepreneurs from under-represented communities with resources and expertise to build scalable, lasting businesses.”
