Pan Global Resources Reveals Initial Mineral Resource Estimates for Escacena Project in Spain

Pan Global Resources Announces Initial Mineral Resource Estimates for the Escacena Project

On December 31, 2025, Pan Global Resources Inc. proudly disclosed the first mineral resource estimates for its Escacena project located in the Iberian Pyrite Belt in southern Spain. This announcement signifies an important milestone for the company and paves the way for future technical and economic studies.

Highlights of the Resource Estimates

The estimates cover two primary deposits: La Romana (Cu-Sn-Ag) and Cañada Honda (Au-Cu-Ag).

La Romana Deposit (Cu-Sn-Ag)

  • - Measured and Indicated Resources: 32.4 million tonnes with 119.5 kt of Copper (Cu), 8.8 kt of Tin (Sn), and 1.7 million ounces of Silver (Ag).
- Average grades: 0.37% Cu, 270 ppm Sn, 1.7 g/t Ag (equivalent to 0.44% CuEq).
  • - Inferred Resources: 4.0 million tonnes containing 15.8 kt of Copper, 0.3 kt of Tin, and 0.2 million ounces of Silver.
- Average grades: 0.40% Cu, 71 ppm Sn, 1.4 g/t Ag (equivalent to 0.42% CuEq).
The estimates demonstrate a substantial portion of the resources contained within a conceptual open pit shell.

Cañada Honda Deposit (Au-Cu-Ag)

  • - Inferred Resources: 5.0 million tonnes with 104 koz of Gold, 6.8 kt of Copper, and 0.2 million ounces of Silver.
- Average grades: 0.65 g/t Au, 0.14% Cu, and 1.2 g/t Ag (equivalent to 0.74 g/t AuEq).
Additionally, significant non-classified mineralization has been identified, indicating further resource delineation potential.

Exploration Activities

The mineral resources at La Romana and Cañada Honda remain open along strike and at depth. Ongoing exploration efforts are focused on expanding the resource base and supporting future technical assessments.

Pan Global plans to organize a webinar for investors and a live Q&A session to discuss the mineral resource estimates as more information becomes available.

Company Insights

President and CEO Tim Moody stated, "Several years of disciplined exploration in Escacena have led to numerous discoveries, including the La Romana and Cañada Honda deposits. The high proportion of measured resources and the open-pit component at La Romana reinforces the robust continuity of the mineral system. Cañada Honda, located about 4 km north of La Romana, complements a second, distinct gold-dominant mineralization system with significant copper and silver grades."

Advanced metallurgical tests at La Romana are confirming the metallurgical properties of the mineralization, indicating potential for the production of concentrates with higher copper grades and minimal contamination from undesirable elements. Both deposits remain open for expansion, with numerous exploration targets in a well-established mining area, laying a strong technical foundation for future exploration and assessments.

Technical Overview

The mineral resources were reported in accordance with NI 43-101 and CIM Definition Standards for mineral resources and reserves. Importantly, these resources do not constitute reserves and have not been proven to be economically viable. The same bulk density values were employed for both La Romana (2.88 t/m³) and Cañada Honda (2.70 t/m³).

Quality assessments and estimates were based on data from drill holes with a specific focus on geological modeling, ensuring statistical representation through methods like Ordinary Kriging.

The Escacena Project

The Escacena project includes a contiguous area of mineral rights in the Iberian Pyrite Belt, covering over 13,900 hectares and contains La Romana, Cañada Honda, and several other exploration targets. This rich region is supported by a positive track record of mining permits and excellent infrastructure.

Pan Global is committed to exploring copper resources as well as gold and other metals amidst a favorable market outlook driven by the global push for electrification and renewable energy. Their flagship Escacena project, situated in a prolific mining area with a long history of mineral production, reinforces their strategic alignment.

As Pan Global moves forward, it remains dedicated to sustainable practices while adhering to the principles outlined in the UN Global Compact.

Conclusion

The initial mineral resource estimates reveal significant potential value within the Escacena Project, and Pan Global is set to continue its efforts in exploration and evaluation to bring these resources to fruition. The coming months will be crucial in determining the economic viability and future development plans for this promising project.
