HIBIKA, which translates to “sound of bells,” is dedicated to elevating the concept of “にっぽんの洋菓子” or “Japanese Western desserts.” The brand beautifully blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with contemporary dessert making, ensuring that each cake reflects the changing seasons and the richness of Japanese culture.
