Fayyaz Chowdhury joins the team as Assistant Vice President, bringing over eight years of experience in real estate investment management to the table. Fayyaz began his career with PGIM Real Estate and previously served as an Associate at The Carlyle Group, focusing on LP investments in development deals. He holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Statistics from The University of Virginia.
