Strategic Personnel Changes Announced Ahead of October 2026 Board Meeting

Strategic Personnel Changes Announced

On July 24, 2026, at the board meeting, our company announced major personnel changes set to take effect on October 1, 2026. This organizational restructuring aims to transform our Human Resources function into a more strategic department closely aligned with our business strategy while also enhancing corporate governance and legal functions.

To this end, the General Affairs and Human Resources Division will be split into two distinct departments: a Human Resources Department and a General Affairs Department. This bifurcation is intended to streamline operations and bolster our commitment to a robust governance structure in line with our corporate objectives. Moreover, with our impending delisting, the Planning and Investor Relations Department will be renamed the Planning and Public Relations Department and will move to the newly established Corporate Planning Office.

The merger of the various planning functions within the Corporate Planning Office will culminate in a rebranding of the unit as the Comprehensive Planning Office.
