This November, Space One Co., Ltd. is excited to announce the final opportunity of the year to become a certified underwater drone operator in Tokyo. In collaboration with the Japan Underwater Drone Association, this course will take place on November 12th and 13th, 2023, and registration is now open for interested applicants.

An Official Curriculum for Safety

The course focuses on training and certifying individuals to reach a significant level of safety in operating underwater drones. Importance of Subaqueous Inspection

The Japanese government has emphasized the necessity of reliable inspections and diagnostics for underwater structures in its "First Mid-Term Plan for National Resilience (2025)". The plan highlights the shift towards preventive maintenance and the use of new technologies like AI and drones. There is an increasing demand for safe, efficient inspections in hazardous conditions, including ports, dams, bridges, and water utilities. Certification from a recognized body like the Japan Underwater Drone Association is becoming increasingly vital for professionals in this field.
