Northwest Bank Appoints Three New Leaders to Enhance Customer Engagement Across All Banking Platforms
In a strategic move to enhance customer engagement across various banking channels, Northwest Bank has announced the creation of three senior leadership roles. These appointments aim to refine the bank's connection with its clientele as well as improve experiences across its digital platforms and product offerings.
Lizzie Siegel has been appointed as the executive director of customer experience, design, and innovation. Siegel is tasked with establishing foundational processes and strategic roadmaps that prioritize customer experience. With over a decade of leadership in product strategy at Google, she brings a wealth of knowledge in innovation and customer-focused product development. In this role, Siegel will lead initiatives to redesign financial center experiences and improve Northwest's digital and mobile banking tools. Her experience at Google has equipped her with the skills to drive transformation within the bank, making customer-centricity a priority.
Sarah Mayle has taken on the position of executive director of financial center experience and enablement. Her role is focused on empowering bank associates with the necessary tools, training, and insights to provide an outstanding customer experience. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Mayle has held significant roles in consumer and commercial banking and talent strategy. Before joining Northwest Bank, she was Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales Support Leader at Truist, where she developed and honed her skills in enhancing customer service.
The third appointment is Greg Hayes, who becomes the executive director of consumer and marketing analytics. Hayes is responsible for enhancing the bank's analytics capabilities by integrating insights across customer experience, marketing, and business performance. His role involves translating complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions that will improve customer satisfaction and foster sustainable growth. Hayes brings over ten years of experience in the financial sector, having previously served as Director of Retail Marketing and Analytics at KeyBank. His expertise lies in customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that Northwest Bank meets the evolving needs of its customers effectively.
The introduction of these leadership positions is part of Northwest Bank's broader strategy to create a seamless banking journey for its customers—whether they engage through financial centers, digital channels, or product offerings. The alignment of customer experience, operations, and analytics under dedicated leaders is poised to better serve customers wherever they are and however they choose to interact with the bank.
Urich Bowers, the chief consumer banking and strategy officer, emphasized the importance of these roles, stating, "Our customers expect a seamless experience no matter how they choose to engage with us. These roles strengthen our ability to understand our customers, design experiences around their needs, and empower our associates with the tools and insights they need to serve them well."
