SmartGate's 'Smart Cure+' is equipped with several features tailored to meet the needs of patients experiencing early dementia and MCI:

1. Integrated Memory Testing: This built-in feature allows doctors to administer memory assessments conveniently during online consultations.
2. Integration with Know® API: It enhances data sharing and integration capabilities, making it easier for healthcare providers to access essential patient information.
3. Dedicated Electronic Questionnaires: Specific questionnaires for early dementia and MCI assessments streamline the evaluation process for doctors, ensuring accurate information collection.
4. MRI Examination Workflow Support: Partnering facilities can improve ease and efficiency in conducting MRI tests for their patients.

This module will serve as the core online consultation platform for 'MCI Consult Dog', a program promoting early dementia care led by Nakagawa Hospital (Sumida, Tokyo) and renowned experts from Teikyo University’s Department of Neurosurgery, including Professor Kazushi Nakane and clinical psychologist Tomoka Ishii.
