On April 1, 2025, Berlin will witness a significant gathering of industry luminaries at the Ritz-Carlton for the 10th Chatbot Summit. This year’s theme, "Mastering Agentic AI Together," reflects the growing impact of agentic artificial intelligence, a field that is evolving rapidly and reshaping how businesses operate and interact with customers.
