Among the notable promotions is Michael Wray, who has ascended to the role of Executive Vice President. He will oversee both the Water Transmission Systems (WTS) and Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems segments. Michael's extensive history with NWPX, which began in 2007 as a Project Manager, uniquely positions him for this new challenge. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Precast, where he played a critical role in the segment's expansion and in incorporating acquisitions such as NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park. Michael's promotion coincides with Executive Vice President Miles Brittain's forthcoming retirement, allowing for a seamless transition within the leadership.

Eric Stokes has also been promoted to Senior Vice President and Group President of the WTS segment. His new role entails commercial and operational oversight of the WTS segment, which encompasses all sales, engineering, quality assurance, and production across NWPX’s North American plants. Eric, who joined the company in 2008, has significantly contributed to improving performance metrics in the WTS sector. Under Stokes' stewardship, the company anticipates enhanced operational standards and further expansion, as he now assumes responsibility for the Permalok® steel casing pipe plant in St. Louis, MO as well as corporate purchasing within the WTS.

Another significant promotion is Jesus Tanguis, who now takes on the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Precast. Since January 2024, Jesus has made substantial strides in growing the Utah-based Precast business, and his new role will allow him to enhance operational performance across both NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park.

Furthermore, Justin Fraughton has secured the role of Vice President and General Manager of NWPX Geneva. An integral part of NWPX since 1998, Justin's new responsibilities will allow him to oversee commercial and operational activities across three facilities in Utah. His extensive experience within the company ensures that he will continue to foster growth and efficiency as he steps into this critical leadership position.
