Celebrating its 14th anniversary this year, the
Futakotamagawa Rise Shopping Center has exciting plans for a significant revamp scheduled for the fall of 2025. Located in Setagaya, Tokyo, this comprehensive shopping complex will introduce six new stores and remodel five existing outlets between September and October 2025. With the goal of catering to diverse customer needs, the facility aims to provide an elevated shopping experience that goes beyond just retail, promoting a sense of a "quality daily life".
New Additions and Renovations
In the wave of changes, popular fashion brands will set foot at the shopping center, including the renowned
Lacoste and
Manhattan Portage. This dynamic repositioning not only emphasizes fashion but also enriches the shopping selection with fragrances, leisure-related goods, and children’s products, satisfying a wide range of consumer preferences.
Highlights of the Fall 2025 Opening

Lacoste: renowned for its premium sports fashion, will showcase a range of clothing, shoes, and leather goods, including its iconic polo shirts. To celebrate their opening on
October 17 (Friday), customers spending over ¥33,000 (tax included) will receive a complimentary cookie tin from LE CAFÉ LACOSTE, while supplies last.

Emma Francis, a shoe brand hailing from Kobe, will open its doors on
September 19 (Friday). Embracing a world of Parisian elegance, flowers, and ballet, it promises to offer splendid footwear designed for adult women. An opening campaign will give customers ¥1000 off on all items from
September 19 to
September 23 (Tuesday, holiday).
3. For soothing experiences,
Raffine Plus will commence operations on
September 26 (Friday), presenting customers with an exquisite treatment space inspired by Southern France’s Provence. The first 60 customers making purchases will receive an original floral-shaped bath bomb from
September 26 to
September 30 (Tuesday).

Dottore Vranjes fragrance maison from Florence will be unveiled on
September 29 (Monday), showcasing over 30 assorted room fragrances that promise to enrich the ambiance of any space. October 10 (Friday). They will launch limited edition collaboration bags with Futakotamagawa let it be coffee.

October 17 (Friday),
Hansel and Gretel, a lifestyle store aimed at both children and adults, will offer a delightful range of soft clothing and warm goods, tapping into the fun of a treasure hunt experience.

In addition to the new stores, several establishments will be undergoing renovations to further enrich the shopping experience. These include:
- - Dadway/Ergobaby, a select shop focusing on family-oriented childcare items, which opened on September 8 (Monday), offers a sweet bonus of a 10% return on Dadway points through September 30 (Tuesday).
- - Kiddyland will expand its popular Sanrio section, introducing trending characters and toys from September 12 (Friday).
- - Presenters Room rebranding from Antina Gift Studio, which will also house a wide selection of gifts for all occasions starting September 19 (Friday).
- - Rope Picnic, focusing on stylish yet cute fashion for women and children, will reveal its new brand image on October 11 (Saturday).
