LAL Facilities to Operate Hotel San Moritz Shiga

LAL Facilities, a group company of LALL Human Holdings based in Shibuya, has officially taken over the operations of Hotel San Moritz Shiga, located in the picturesque Shiga Kogen area of Nagano Prefecture. This acquisition, which was finalized at the end of October, marks the company’s second venture in managed lodging within Nagano, following the acquisition of Hotel & Resort Yudanaka Hills in September. Preparations are currently underway for a winter opening, and the team is excited to welcome guests to this charming resort.

Hotel San Moritz Shiga is ideally situated within walking distance of popular ski areas, including the Ichinose Family Ski Resort and the Tanne no Mori Okojo Ski Resort.
