ABC Technologies Announces Acquisition Completion of TI Fluid Systems

In a strategic move poised to redefine its market presence, ABC Technologies (ABC) has successfully completed its acquisition of TI Fluid Systems plc (TIFS), an agreement valued at over £1.8 billion. This financial milestone not only marks a significant step for ABC but also sets the stage for the newly formed entity to be rebranded as TI Automotive.
