KITCHEN STAGE, a culinary haven nestled in the basement of Isetan Shinjuku, is once again set to enchant diners with its latest featured chefs. Operating under the esteemed Kai Group since 2012, this exceptional restaurant provides a platform for celebrated chefs and cooking enthusiasts to collaborate, offering creatively crafted menus every 3 to 5 weeks.

From December 5th to January 8th, 2026, guests will have the unique opportunity to savor the exquisite French cuisine developed by the talented duo of chefs, Hiroyuki Sakai and Takashi Kawashima, known for their culinary artistry and dedication to quality. With Chef Sakai, famously recognized as one of the "Iron Chefs," leading the charge alongside Chef Kawashima, diners are guaranteed an unforgettable experience filled with taste and innovation.

The winter season brings forth a stunning ambiance at KITCHEN STAGE, adorned with a myriad of flavors that celebrate the best of the season.   • - A Course Menu: Available in two halves to accommodate varied preferences. Highlights include an assortment of three appetizers featuring delicacies such as cauliflower mousse with silk salmon, green asparagus, and crab Charlotte, and cabbage rolls with shrimp and carrot.

Located conveniently in Shinjuku, KITCHEN STAGE operates from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, making it an ideal stop for both leisurely lunches and elegant dinners. Keep in mind, special adjustments to the menu will occur on select days, particularly on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
