His career also includes significant roles at Teradata as Vice President of Professional Services and Solutions Sales, and as a managing consultant at Ernst & Young, where he focused on operational excellence.

Allen holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. This solid educational foundation complements his corporate experience and sets a strong precedent for his upcoming initiatives at Convr. He resides in Indiana with his family, embodying the company's commitment to community and engagement.
