Key Findings
The survey revealed striking results concerning the impacts of reduced sleep duration. Approximately 59.7% of respondents aged 20 to 30 reported a decline of more than one hour in their sleep after a month of adapting to new life circumstances. Among those enduring sleep deficits, an alarming 80.3% experienced noticeable skin issues, including worsening wrinkles, diminished skin tone, and increased acne breakouts.

The study underscores the necessity of getting at least 6-7 hours of sleep each night to maintain healthy skin. Sleep plays a crucial role in skin turnover, particularly in the initial 3-4 hours post-fall asleep when the body releases growth hormone, essential for cellular repair and regeneration.
